I love SNL. But I’m all about bring Hip Hop back to an art form. Hot97 doesn’t play them but there are plenty of New artist that are amazing.

    Asher Roth
    Charles Hamilton
    Pacific Division
    B.O.B.
Joell Ortiz and the SlaughterHouse Crew
My boys are a big fan of Drake, Wayne’s new artist

I’m biased, but I think the Slim Jackson founded group, True2Life Music actually is the best out this group.

That new Drake “So Far Gone” mixtape is the best work I’ve heard in awhile.

I actually don’t think the song is that funny. All I see is a group of white boys trying to be “down” cuz they can “rap” as they really just mock what hip hop as sadly transformed into. Maybe I’m sensitive. Ah well.

    Awww… come on Tiff!

I think Adam Sanberg is hilarious. I became a fan long before Lonely Island when he did Lazy Sunday w/ Chris Parnell.

Also to be fair he doesn’t just spoof rap. Jiz in my pants made fun of eurotrash techno and D*ck in a Box is a new R&B classic.

    It’s jus jokes!

I will have to co-sign, pre-approve and close w Tiff on this one..I draw the line @ Jizz in my Pants..I wanted to slap the ish out of T-Pain for participating in this nonsense..not hating-just embarassed. I couldn’t get thru the whole thing

lol. I really don’t understand why yall can’t see this for what it is. It’s pure comedy. I don’t think it’s white boyz trying to be down. I don’t think there’s anything to be embarrassed about. The point is humor. I don’t see anything offensive about the video at all.

That’s you Slim, and apparently almost everyone on here, so maybe somethings wrong with me?…I am just amazed at how these dudes got a record deal and there are so many struggling & talented artists wanting to break thru…its like the whole William Hung thing to me… To me there was a huge difference btw this and Jizz in my Pants…Jizz in my Pants…Jizz in my Pants LMAO Does that really happen??? lollllllll

  9. LMBO!!! why in the world did i watch this while sitting at my desk???? DEAD @ flippy flops!!!!

  10. LMAO @ them getting T-Pain to sing along. It’s obvious they know the key to a hit song. And co-sign that this could be an actual song on the radio. I DIED when T-Pain name-checked Poseidon.

“Dick in a Box” will always hold my heart, though. Haven’t seen them top that yet.

D in a Box was a classic, but it didn’t have me singing about flippy floppies at work.lol.

  11. Hilarious! What killed me is this dude standin there holding hamburgers like some kinda thug Ronald McDonald. I still gotta go with Lazy Sunday and Jizz in my pants as my faves tho.

    “I f***ed a Mermaid!”…lmao.

I’m kinda with Sowhattiff on them making a mockery of music. But the media has already done that long before this group came out. I just enjoy it for what it is…a group of white boys just wanting to have fun and produce something to entertain me. This ish is hilarious but my favorite is still Jizz in my Pants.

  13. Andy Sanberg – the only white boy that could get it from me. I love that T-Pain can make fun of himself too. This song is mad funny. and for my negative nancy twist, it would have been a little more relevant during the times of “Hypnotize” and “Big Pimpin’” when the yacht’s in the videos were the thing.

Did you see T-Pain in the studio with Andy as Blizzard Man???

    “rap song…raaaap song”
